Preparations for the last in a series of three research workshops concerned with Indian Photography and Photography of India are underway. The  workshops, funded by the British Council UKIERI Awards, have bought together professionals and academics from the three continents to discuss the potential for future research collaboration. The first took place in May 2011 at University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, UK, the second at International Center for Photography (with support also from New York University) in September 2011 and the third will be at National Institute of Design during their International Photography conference on 1st and 2nd February 2012.
