Travelling Light is an exhibition showcasing the work of students and graduates from the National Institute of Design and University for the Creative Arts. The work was made over the last 3 years when studnets have been able to take advantage of a one month exchange in each institution. The UK students were funded by a PMI2 award raised by Anna Fox and both groups were generously supported by NID and UCA. Travelling Light explores the relationship of the photographer as ousider in a new location and aims to look specifically at what normally gets overlooked. The exchange and photography project is set to continue next year.
