” Both my parents have been a massive influence on my career in photography. My father took this picture in 1961 when he and my mother were on one of their adventurous road trips in Southern Spain. My Mum was seven months pregnant with me at the time! Both of them were big book lovers so I had loads of photography books to look at as a child. My father was a keen amateur documentary photographer and he bought me my first camera when I was about 14. My mother worked as a graphic designer and has always been a vigorous editor of my work! – she designed my first book Work Stations”
